How can I track my order status?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Click the link to view your order's current status directly on the carrier’s website once it’s in transit.

Can I make changes to my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure a smooth experience, so once an order is placed, we cannot modify it. Please double-check all details at checkout to avoid any issues.

How do I return an item?

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns as long as the item is in its original condition (tags attached and no signs of wear) and isn’t a clearance item. We do not offer direct exchanges.

Once our team receives your return, we will issue an online credit note with no expiration, which you can use for any future purchase in our store.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

We regularly restock popular items. Sign up with your email on the product page to be notified of restocks so you don’t miss out next time!

I entered the incorrect shipping address. Can I change it?

Please contact us immediately with the correct address. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we may be able to update your shipping label. However, if your order has already been packed or dispatched, we unfortunately cannot make any changes.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

We apologize for any inconvenience. If you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item, please email us with your order number, the product code, a photo of the item, and details of the issue within 60 days of receiving your order. We’ll help resolve it promptly.

I forgot to apply my discount code. Can I still use it?

Please contact us with your order number and the promo code as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to apply it retroactively.
